The Jackson County Free Health Clinic provides the following services:
- Physician Visits (Family Medicine and Internal Medicine)
- Ophthalmologic Screening
- Basic Laboratory
- Medications
- Diabetes Education and Support Group
- Smoking Cessation Classes
- Vaccines for high risk patients
Services Not Offered by the Clinic
The Jackson County Free Health Clinic does not provide acute care visits, hospitalization, routine physicals, gynecologic care or care for children.
Patient Qualifications
The Jackson County Free Health Clinic serves patients meeting all of the following conditions:
- Those with chronic medical illnesses (e.g. Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Asthma)
- Adults over the age of 18
- Patients without health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid
- Limited Income (See Requirements)
